An opportunity has arisen to join our IT Service Desk team. This team provides a single point of contact for our Group for all IT issues to be resolved.

We deal with thousands of customers every year providing them with a first class service and helping ensure they can successfully deliver their projects. Behind the scenes we work to ensure we constantly meet and exceed their expectations and that's where you come in.

Answering the phone in a professional manner
Log each and every call received with sufficient information
Taking ownership of the call to ensure a satisfactory outcome
Escalating calls when necessary
Communicating with internal teams and external support resources
Working to the needs of the Business to ensure successful support of IT Systems
Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.

The ideal candidate will have experience of providing customer service and dealing professionally with individual's. An interest or experience in IT support would be an advantage.
