Service Desk - IT Trainer

We are looking for a skilled and energetic IT Trainer with expertise in Service Desk operations and a deep understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices. In this role you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and overseeing technical training programs tailored for service desk agents. This role encompasses a range of technologies, including private and public cloud platforms, collaboration tools, networking, and ITIL-based service management processes. Additionally, you will facilitate hands-on learning through classroom instruction and practical troubleshooting exercises.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• ITIL Foundation certification. Certifications in cloud services (M365, Azure) and are a plus.
Experience:
• IT training, with a focus on Service Desk operations and ITIL-based service management practices. Hands-on experience with private/public cloud, networking, and collaboration tools.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application in a service desk environment.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (Private and Public Cloud).
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms
• Networking knowledge (routing, switching, basic network troubleshooting).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging technical and ITIL-based training programs.
• Real-world troubleshooting experience in a service desk environment.
