Service Development Manager

The post holder will take a lead role in a comprehensive review of Community Mental Health with a view to delivering evidence based integrated care within Western and Eastern Cheshire Secondary Care Mental Health services. You will be liaising with Clinical and Corporate Services. External stakeholders including partner organisations, service users and carers. Other regular external contacts will include Private, Independent and 3rd sector organisations

You will be involved in service innovation with the intention of transforming community mental health services for our service users and their carers.
