Full Job Description

  • Support Temperature Control (Steam Boiler) Business and Development - Assist with testing, repair, and preparation of Steam Boilers (generators).
  • Assist with method statements and risk assessments for Temperature Control applications.
  • Work with Service Managers to provide kit lists for enquiries as required.
  • Assist with Service Engineer development.
  • Support QHSE regarding Temperature Control related matters - Assist with written procedures, legislation, codes of practice and incident investigation
  • Carry out any other duties which are reasonable and within your abilities to support other areas of the business as and when the need arises

    You will have a mechanical and or electrical background preferably with technical capabilities in power, steam boilers, and/or temperature control.
  • A City and Guilds/ONC level 3 qualification or equivalent is also desirable
  • Hold Cert IBO or Dip BOM or be willing to train to achieve Cert IBO or Dip BOM through formal BOAS training.
  • You must also hold a full, clean, and valid driving license and be able to work out of hours as and when required
  • You will have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to develop internal stakeholder relationships, and work collaboratively across wider teams
  • You will need to be able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time, and to a high level of quality and accuracy, with strong attention to detail
