Full Job Description

  • Identification of missing or incomplete service history information, and consequent investigation to recover the information prior to vehicle sale.
  • Be pro-efficient in making outbound calls to customers and or 3rd parties in order to successfully retrieve Service History records.
  • Acting as front line customer service support in order to deal with all incoming enquiries via phone and email for both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure that customer SLA's are met and or exceeded in regards to assigned responsibilities which includes but limited to managing an email inbox and ensuring all emails are responded to within SLA.
  • Validate and administer invoicing at the agreed frequencies with the stake holders.
  • Data entry input into internal and external management system within SLA.
  • Provide a weekly/daily updates via reporting to department leadership team on the productivity levels within the job role.
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings in both a physical and virtual setting.
  • Be available to proactively support fellow peers in other areas of the department as and when required to do so.
  • Action any issues, queries or complaints arising so that any problems are resolved, in line with SLA's, to all parties' satisfaction as far as is reasonably practicable. Escalate any complex issues to the department leadership team.

    Good knowledge of Excel is essential
