Full Job Description
As a Service Host & Driver you will deliver an incredible customer service experience to all you meet, whether internal or external customers. The main role is to Meet & Greet all customers and to collect /deliver vehicles within time limits and promote the Retail Centre and its services. Our Drivers are our Brand Ambassadors, reflecting the brand image and standards in everything they do.,

- Receive and welcome the customer at Service Reception
- Ensure that there is sufficient parking for customers at all times
- Organise the movement and arrangement of vehicles on site to the relevant areas
- Park customers cars as necessary
- Refuelling vehicles for the Service Team
- Collecting and delivering customer vehicles on time
- Determine with service advisor & service manager which customer vehicles require collection
- Greet customer upon meeting for collection of vehicle
A Full UK Driving Licence - Incredible customer service skills
- The ability to multi task and work under pressure
- A friendly persona
- Excellent communication skills
