Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for two Service Improvement Specialist's to join our Service Transformation Team. Within this role, you'll assure the consistent application of our chosen improvement methodology, Lean Six Sigma, and support teams across our Asset Management Service to:

  • Increase customer satisfaction by providing simple, quality, and trustworthy services that align with our customers' needs.

  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness of those services by streamlining processes and removing 'non-value-added' steps.

  • Measure the effectiveness of those processes in real-time across people, quality, cost, and delivery key performance indicators.

  • Quantify and track the customer satisfaction, employee engagement and financial benefits associated with improvements delivered; and,

  • Engage, empower, and upskill our people and promote cross-functional problem solving to continuously improve what we do.

  • Proven experience of developing and implementing business improvements in a service delivery environment.

  • Able to use data to improve decision making, leading, and navigating team members through ambiguity by making evidence and/or values-based decisions to prioritise strategically.

  • Experience analysing complex information and developing appropriate options and / or recommendations.

  • Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills, working with the business to identify practical performance improvement opportunities.

  • Ability to influence at all levels of the business.

  • Excellent oral and written communications and strong presentation skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrates pragmatic thinking and approach., Educated to Level 4 (A Level or equivalent).

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar accreditation.
