Full Job Description
To support the Head of Service in thedevelopment, management and delivery of an efficient and effective Intensive Personalised Support (IPS) service for children / young people and adults who haveenhanced needs and behaviours that some may find challenging, their families and other stakeholders.In the Head of Services absence, you will deputise and administer service delivery., ABL Health are delivering an Intensive Personalised Support (IPS) Service for Children and Young People across Greater Manchester and the North West. The IPS service work intensively with families and young people to improve quality of life for individuals accessing the service. IPS has a highly skilled team of clinical professionals delivering evidence based interventions focusing on keeping children with their families and out of hospitals and residential care.
This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Intensive Personalised Support (IPS) service, with a primary focus on building and strengthening referral pipelines from external stakeholders. The role plays a pivotal part in coordinating a cohesive team to ensure effective intervention delivery. This involves working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. A major emphasis is placed on actively developing and nurturing relationships with external partners to increase referrals, ensuring the service reaches those who need it most. This role is ideal for a passionate, highly organised individual who excels in multitasking and thrives on making a meaningful impact while driving the growth and efficiency of a vital support service.
