Full Job Description

This role is available to current employees within IT Services at the University of Leeds only
This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
As License Analyst, you will help support development and implementation of service delivery processes and standards. Your role will involve supporting the gathering of licensing requirements from stakeholder groups, supporting the management and co-ordination of a range of Licensing processes;
You will work with help support colleagues across IT to ensure that Licensing processes are appropriately documented, reported on and support associated governance activities. Sometimes providing advice and guidance.
You will work as part of the Service Management Licensing team and will support a diverse range of processes.
