Service Manager

Your Duties will include:

• Having basic IT knowledge to support with System maintenance


• Overseeing facilities of resident houses


• Health and safety management


• Supporting residents and staff with environmental management


• Ensuring Audits are completed, and any actions are taken to assure Quality of services


• General service manager to report to services director


• Vendor and Contract Management for maintenance and service contracts


• Security Management i.e. viewing of CCTV when required


• Completing Monthly stock checks and allocating across services accordingly.


• General house maintenance and repairs


• Maintenance of HMO Licenses


• Compliance and Regulation
