Full Job Description
The Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service. Your focus will be on promoting independence for the people we support and enabling them in an innovative, person-centred and flexible way. You will provide motivational leadership and direction to your team, enabling them to give quality, person centred support. You will build positive relationships with all stakeholders and put our vision and values into action to deliver an excellent service.

- Sleep ins, evening and weekend work may be required.
- You will be required to be a car driver and prepared to travel across the region
- Care management experience is essential
- QCF level 3 and willing to work towards Level 5. Due to the nature of this work, we are required by legislation to obtain an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service for all successful applicants.
