Full Job Description

We're now seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of Specialist Support Workers in East Lancashire and Hyndburn. These services support individuals with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and complex needs, and this is an exciting time to join us as we expand across the Northwest.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with people on the Autistic Spectrum, Positive Behavioural Support (PBS), and management experience.
If you're passionate about person-centred support and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you. For an initial chat, contact Chloe Gregson at (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)., o Lead teams supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
o Conduct assessments, create care plans, and complete risk assessments.
o Ensure accurate record-keeping within services.
o Assess, monitor, and record individuals' behaviour.
o Develop robust risk management and positive behavioural support plans.
o Ensure service quality and compliance with CQC standards.
o Supervise and mentor the support staff team.
o Manage rota planning.
o Participate in the on-call rota (with additional pay).

o Management experience in the Health & Social Care sector.
o Experience supporting individuals on the autistic spectrum.
o Full UK driving license is essential., You must hold or be willing to work towards:
o Level 5 QCF/Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
o Level 3 QCF/Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
