Full Job Description
Providing support and motivation for our Aftersales departments, our Service Managers are vital in the development of their team, and the overall level of brilliant service we provide for our Customers. They are able to help maintain this level of service, as well as managing budgets, and driving Customer engagement with the business.
Your role will include:
Managing a professional, friendly service team
Developing and motivating the team
Liaising with other departments and Managers to create all round excellent service
Managing budgets
Implementing company processes
We are looking for a motivated, driven individual, ready to bring their passion and knowledge to the pivotal role of Service Manager to cover our Attleborough and Fakenham branches.
