  • Ensure all benefits provided by Drive are effectively communicated to customers at every opportunity
  • Focusing on processes, CSI, and driving success through the service department.
  • Monitor, coach, and train Service Advisors to achieve business goals and maintain high levels of performance
  • Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention standards
  • Manage and resolve complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Take responsibility for the profit of the department and work towards achieving set budgets
  • Regularly review staff efficiency and productivity through reports, and produce timely reports for board meetings
  • Ensure all Drive processes are fully adhered to and that health and safety regulations are complied with

    Proven experience in an Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager role
  • Experience with MG and Vauxhall preferred, but not essential.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver outstanding results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic Salary: £40,000 - OTE: £60,000
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday
  • 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service)
