This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical leader and manager to gain valuable experience and exposure in their career development. The role will offer challenge and stretch, maintaining operational leadership and management skills but requiring equal strategic and assurance focus., The postholder will be responsible for the line management of lead staff within the services, and will hold and be responsible for the service budgets. They will participate in and lead designated service improvements and system wide projects.
