You will have the opportunity to have training from Children and Adult directorates.   You will have several years' experience as an operational manager, have a track record of leading a team of frontline social workers managing a range of complex cases for young people. You will have extensive experience of managing staff, budgets and projects. You will be a leader who is confident in managing change, resolving conflict and developing the workforce whilst addressing any performance concerns.
We work with young people who have a wide range of additional needs and complex conditions. We challenge inequality and traditional responses to service delivery and ensure that we employ a strength-based approach to our work. The responsibilities will include joint working with Children's Services and SEN.
