Service Manager (Home Support Reablement)

Alongside other Service Managers, you'll be managing and supporting the Home Support Reablement team to provide a boroughwide, short-term service that supports people to regain lost skills, and learn new skills; adapting to the challenges that living independently can present. You will work with the management team to help regain the "good" CQC rating; liaising with teams across Bolton Council and FT (NHS) to do so.

Role specifics Full, current and valid driving licence and a vehicle with a current valid MOT certificate. Level 3 qualification in management or equivalent. Enhanced DBS check required., With experience of working in a care, home support or reablement service, and excellent communication skills, you'll support and manage a staff team of coordinators, resource planners and support workers. You'll need well-developed networking skills to build relationships with other service managers, in order to improve service delivery. You'll be computer literate and able to use a variety of applications across the service. You will hold a full driving licence, and access to a vehicle to use for work purposes. You will have a Level 3 Qualification in management, or equivalent.
