Full Job Description

You will need to be computer literate and have experience managing in care. Self-motivation, determination, confidence, passion for positive change and an ability to make difficult decisions under pressure are also key to this role. You will need to be flexible with the days you are able to work, as you may need to work an early, late or some weekend work depending on the service needs, also to be part of the manager on call system, and be able to cover for other service managers in the area when on leave. This 30 hours per week Service Manager role covers the management of 2 Supported Living services across Letchworth & Stevenage.
