Service Manager - Live-In Services

As a Service Manager you will be managing quality standards across your region to ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and to meet all legislative requirements. You will manage the effective induction, supervision, assessment and ongoing training of all staff. The Service Manager is responsible for building and developing business relationships with existing and potential core customers, maximising business growth and profitability. Marketing and selling our services will be one of your primary objectives and will require you to develop and execute a marketing plan to attract new customers. The successful candidate will have full oversight of several live-in packages within a specific geographical area. Some of the benefits for the role

  You will have previous experience in business development, quality and compliance, staff management and rota management, ideally in a live-in care setting. You will be committed to setting and maintaining high standards in all aspects of your work. Experience in developing and implementing marketing and business development plans would be advantageous.
There will be travel involved over a geographical area so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
