Full Job Description

Service Operations Excellence Specialist supports the Service Operations Excellence Manager and service operations management in the frontline to implement, ensure compliance and maintain the performance of end-to-end business processes and the supporting systems. This position will be responsible for Lifts & Escalators and manage the Midlands & North regions.,

  • Responsible for using and analyzing KPIs to improve daily operations according to agreed focus areas.
  • Identify and propose concrete improvement actions based on analysis.
  • Support Service Operations Excellence Manager and regional Service Operations Managers in setting and following-up targets according to Field Operations Management Model.
  • Train Supervisors and Service Operations Managers in usage of maintenance tools and processes.
  • Responsible for route optimization, capacity planning, maintenance profile optimization in the front line.
  • Identify and collect potential improvement ideas and contribute to the future development plans of global methods.
  • Hands-on support to new deployments, the implementation, utilization and constant improvement of the KONE Way business processes and tools to become part of daily operations.

  • Knowledge of service operations tools and processes.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Process driven.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly complex, diverse, changing environment, whilst adapting to change and maintaining focus on key business goals and objectives.
  • Microsoft Office - Excel is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, is desirable.
  • Good communication in both written and verbal English.
