Full Job Description
- Managing and processing purchase orders
- Identifying parts, preparing quotes and orders in line with customer enquiries and agreed internal parts processes
- Managing Engineers' parts requests and updating all relevant internal systems
- Managing enquiries in line with internal and external customer SLA's
- Building and enhancing relationships with both internal and external customers by using your natural ability to liaise effectively at all levels
- Support service controller in daily planning activities ensuring a smooth an efficient flow of parts to engineers.
- Usage of Company CRM system and customer portal systems
- Monitor and control Service, resolving client technical/administrative queries and escalating/delegating where required
- Carry out invoicing and job costing tasks
- Ensuring paperwork is sent over to customers and records are kept up to date
- Review and investigate customer complaints and escalate where required
- Comply with the company health and safety policy
- Observe & demonstrate behaviour in line with the core values of the company
- Processing of warranty claims in a timely manner to ensure maximum recovery of costs
- Provide support to parts sales during busy periods and absence
- Up to date and clear administration.
- To assist with and keep WIP at a manageable level.
- To assist with processing of jobs & invoices
- Effective time management and allocation of resources.
- Support the Service Controller with the effective and efficient planning of Field Service Engineers (including 3rd party Engineers).
- Effectively manage customer enquiries.
- Monitoring engineers documentation.
- Ensure best practices are used when distributing field service engineer's jobs.
Excellent communication skills. - Ability to demonstrate positive customer service skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot and put forward new ideas to improve processes within the department.
