Service promotions representative- NHS Ophthalmology

We are looking to recruit a service promotions representative to cover the East London area. The purpose of this role is to help build a large referral base of patients, though various referral partners - high street opticians, GPs and pharmacies., · Promote all aspects of Evolutio's NHS Ophthalmology Services including our clinic locations, general wait times and patient benefits.

· Responsible for growing the number of referrals across the East London region and identify market potential with key stakeholders.

· Act as the first point of contact and ongoing support for existing and prospective referrers (GP's and optometrists).

· Engaging with GP practices, practice managers, medical secretaries, optometrists and practice owners to promote the service(s).

· Receive and respond rapidly to enquiries, discussing with relevant departments/teams as required.

· Improve brand awareness to all referrers and drive delivery of business goals using marketing materials, tools and ongoing and regular engagement.

· Route planning and travelling across our East London regional contract areas to regularly visit primary care referrers.

· Use of our CRM to add updates on referrer profiles, including discussions, information shared, key contact details and date of next visit.

· Work within the Business Development team and report into the Commercial Director to further develop and deliver the engagement strategy.

· Provide marketing reports as required.

· Organise and attend relevant networking and educational events designed to enhance networking between our Clinicians and Primary Care Clinicians, to include breakfast meetings, evening talks, and conferences.

Your role will promote our services to all referrers and establish key relationships and grow reputation and demand for Evolutio NHS services. Ideally, you will have experience in sales, promotions and/or account management (preferably in health care but not essential) and be willing and ready to travel across East London., Evolutio are looking for someone with recent and relevant experience, with excellent communication skills and who is flexible, can use their initiative and work under pressure to deliver goals.

· Previous sales experience in technical sales, health care service promotion, or service industry related sales desirable.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written essential.

· Must be highly motivated, driven with excellent organisational skills and be able to work as part of a team, as well as on own motivation.

· Excellent people skills, diplomacy, and telephone manner.

· Friendly manner, approachable and thrives when working in a team.

· Results driven.
