Full Job Description

In this role you will be supporting the company objectives across multiple municipal frameworks, industry & infrastructure verticals primarily for pumps and mixers applications.
The primary function of the Quotations Co-Ordinator is to engage with customers, cross collaborate across review and evaluate enquiries, produce, and submit detailed accurate quotations via our CPQ tool (Configure Price Quote) that meet these specifications and priced in accordance with Xylem delegation of authority and pricing structure. Process customer PO's in in preparation for the central procurement team.
What are your essential duties/principal responsibilities?
- Use and manage CRM (SalesForce) for customer opportunities.
- Respond to any internal/external customer enquiries.
- Generate and issue quotations using the CRM & CPQ software tools with information supplied, which may include speaking to Technicians for additional information.
- Revalidating out of date quotations.
- Process customer PO's, ensuring all details are correct - scope, price, part numbers, invoicing location etc.
- Ensuring on time SLA targets for are meet.
- Ensure that all quotations have the correct discount authority.
- Creating Customer accounts, locations, and contacts in ServiceMax
- Liasing with Credit Control and CMD for new accounts and credit stop.
- Support other regional service teams uploading opportunities into ServiceMax.
- Liaise with Service Technicians, Site Estimators Field Sales Reps regarding job specific requirements as and when required.
- Engage with customers around requirements and opportunities regarding other Xylem products and services available.
- Work with the Xylem Field Sales Engineers, Regional Managers and Vertical heads of Sales to ensure on time SLAs are met and customer get the best experience possible.
- To deal with customer issues and to find a resolution in a prompt & fair manner.
- Support in Continuous improvement activities to both systems and process, to improve KPi's and service levels for the customer.
- To assist in departmental initiatives as and when required.
- Conduct other tasks as required by to develop the business.
What do we ask from you for this position?
- Experience working with bespoke systems (SalesForce, Service Max, CPQ, AS400, Pump Selection software) is advantageous although not essential as full training will be given.
- Experience within a customer service role dealing with a high volume of enquiries / orders.
- Literate in spoken and written English.
- Calm considered and diligent in approach.
