Full Job Description
- Be responsible for managing the service department, leading the front-of-house operations, specifically managing the service reception team to ensure all bookings are correctly entered into the system and the after-sales process is followed
- Manage workshop bookings, guaranteeing it is at maximum capacity always, check repairs and services are completed efficiently and to the highest possible standard
- Provide up-to-date information to customers on their repairs. Manage upsells through internal systems, actively promote the sales of service plans and guarantees, to achieve targets
- Uphold industry-leading standards to provide customer satisfaction at all times, and achieve CSI performance
Full manual driving licence is essential - Minimum of 2 years working as a Senior Service Advisor or Service Manager, with a clear understanding of service desk operations and expectations
- PC literate including MS Office, with outstanding time management and communications skills
