Your challenge After training and a tailored learning programme when you join, you will be responsible for growing and developing a team of x4 Service Sales Executives and x1 VRS Co-ordinator to achieve key performance targets, ongoing development and growth expectations, support the wider team continuously improve and deliver profitability. Your responsibilities at Videojet will include;
- Managing daily operations for the team through setting objectives, providing support and prioritisation.
- Ensure excellent forecasting and reporting of all service revenue to UK&I and EMEA Service Management.
- Drive revenue for service contracts through collaboration of Service Sales and other departments.
- Strive to achieve 'Best Team Wins' value through developing and growing direct reports.
- Develop relationships between internal teams and field teams.
- Drive growth of VRS lead generation, revenue and customer connections.
- Drive training revenue, supporting the booking and delivery of customer training by the Field Service Engineer and Tech Support teams.
