Key duties include a range of responsibilities, which include but are not limited to; People and Processes: - Undertake planned quality audits and site safety compliance inspections - Preparation of site-specific risk assessments and method statements - Ensure compliance with company/customer procedures - Coach engineers in good work practice - Provide first point of contact for engineers requiring support or guidance; Financial: - Assist with workload allocation for engineering resource including stand-by requirements - Meet contractual commitments Customers: - Ensure work is carried out to appropriate quality and safety standards; - Customer care on site - Provide advice and guidance on site related issues Technology: - Use of company Business Management System - Provide onsite support in resolution of system problems as required - Identify scope for improvement
