An opportunity has come up for an enthusiastic & friendly Administrator to join our team. Providing administrative support to our Service Team and being the first point of contact for our Customers, you will be a friendly and positive person, keen to learn. You'll need to be a team player, with an excellent attitude towards customer service. Spraybooth Technology Limited are one of the UK's leading innovators in spraybooth design and manufacture with a growing customer base, which includes vehicle manufacturers, independent body shops and franchised bodyshop networks. STL has also become a leading supplier of bespoke spraybooths for commercial vehicle, rolling stock manufacturers and the aerospace industry. Monday - Friday 8am to 4.30pm. Responsibilities & Tasks
- Answering calls from Engineers and Customers, passing them on to the relevant person.
- Preparation of quotations for repairs, including sourcing parts when needed
- Liaising with suppliers and keeping up to date with due dates on parts
- Schedule engineers via team scheduling software, ensuring accuracy of information is maintained (full training will be given).
- Placing orders for parts and access equipment as needed
Excellent customer service skills - Excellent administration & grammatical skills, competent in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player
Salary negotiable depending upon experience - Pension (5% contribution by STL)
