Full Job Description
We are looking for someone who will be part of our Service Engineer Community. The ideal candidate will represent our brand and the customer centric approach we have with servicing our customer base. You would support in carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) as well as responding to same day call outs and scheduled repairs and upgrades across various ASSA ABLOY products, related to Commercial and Industrial doors. This critical customer facing role requires the highest level of customer service to meet the needs and standards of our customer base, and you would:
- Fulfil our customer requirements in a friendly and professional manner.
- Complete work assigned by our planning department.
- Provide advice & guidance to customers on repairs and upgrades.
- Complete PPM visits at customer sites.
- Carry out quoted repairs and upgrades.
- Attend same day call outs ensuring building security.
