- Drive the creation of the Service Now ecosystem Roadmap & strategy
- Document the High-Level Design principles per business requirements, and assess against each vendor
- Support the definition and approval of the Business Case
- Support the project team and the procurement team during the RFI/RFP process
- Working with third parties and vendors for the analysis of gaps and technology capabilities Essential
- Extensive, deep experience in ServiceNow module and functionality Architecture
- Experience in IT tooling and processes in 3 or more categories: + Governance, Risk & Compliance + Integrating with Enterprise Architecture + Operational Risk Management + IT Service Continuity & Business Resilience Management + Strategic Portfolio Management + Total Cost of Ownership or Financial Business Management + Agile Planning + Resource Management + DevSecOps + ESG
- Integration design in the tools and functions listed
- Technical vendor relationship and management oversight experience.
- Technical artefact creation and Exec-Level presentations.
- Technical requirements writing and steer on business analysis.
