Full Job Description

As the ServiceNow ITOM Architect you will design, architect and innovate ITOM solutions together with a cross-functional team accountable for processes and execution of IT Operations in Deloitte Technology. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Design, architect and innovate in the latest areas of IT Operations Management such as Observability, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Technologies and the ServiceNow Common Data Services Model (CSDM) amongst others.
  • Craft guiding principles and standards for our organization, and help to implement them in real time for our Operations teams
  • Work with diverse teams from varied levels across the organization and time zones that will give you the opportunity for exposure across our organization
  • Help foster and champion data driven and machine learning capabilities to help us operate our Services using modern architecture principles
  • Help integrate several leading edge monitoring solutions into a common workflow engine using Service to help automate remediation and self-healing techniques, Collaboration is central to everything we do at Deloitte.     · Proven experience designing and developing IT Operations Management enterprise grade solutions (also within ServiceNow platform)
  • · Demonstrated experience with data governance and automation and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on-premise solutions
  • · Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to varied levels of stakeholders
  • · Proven ability to work in, understand and manage designs in a customer focused fast paced Process and Delivery team
  • · Proven ability to influence at all levels, with a strong focus on business outcomes and managing ambiguity
  • · Flexible work style, hours and telecommuting presence is required as this role interacts with our people globally on a regular basis
  • · Thorough understanding of Event management process and its best practices
  • · Ability to design solutions to create increased visibility to anomalies, and reduce excessive noise via effect correlation
  • · Prior experience recommending ITOM principles that integrate holistically with ITSM and/or ITIL processes for effective operations
  • · Prior experience in professional services environment or similar
  • · ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ITIL and/or Agile certification (preferred)
  • · Experience with providing delightful customer experiences helping people understand and interpret the data needed to operate world class services
