Full Job Description

  • Designing and developing technical solutions, leveraging cross-functional team collaboration - Sales, IT, CSM, HR.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements, automate process steps when possible, and take advantage of the integration between Salesforce/Mavenlink/JIRA and any other associated system;
  • Conducting and supporting the creation, changes of and/or review any technical design documentation, and process flow documentation;
  • Assisting with the global roll out of process adoption, monitoring, and management, by planning and running effective workshops and presentations;
  • Ensuring processes and automation have been tested prior to launch/enhancement using accepted best-practice methods;
  • Developing and maintaining performance reports using GoodData, Excel, Salesforce;
  • Day to day administration of project management software, including managing users, permissions, and licences.

    Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, ideally with first internship experience in that area
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate complicated information clearly and simply
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and confidently
  • A passion for analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Ability to manage time and work remotely
  • A helpful and approachable persona
