Services Pharmacist

Ensure all Internal and External training is completed withing the time frame specified Liaise with the services team, the core team and the Superintendent Pharmacist's team Manage any patient concerns and promptly raise any issues

Previous experience of providing pharmacy services, including the New Medicine Service, Discharge Medicines Service & Pharmacy Contraception Service Up to date training and accreditation, and compliant with GPhC and NHS England standards Familiar with all legal, ethical and professional requirements for the role Safeguarding training Self-motivated and self-disciplined working practices Highly responsible, with a high degree of integrity Degree in Pharmacy GPhC registered NMS trained and accredited, and experienced Personal professional Indemnity insurance must be in place at start date to cover National Pharmacy services (DMS, PCS, Pharmacy First, NMS) What happens next?
