Full Job Description

Deliver therapeutic groups, activities, and specialised interventions as per the Therapeutic Community manual and service needs
Champion an environment and a culture that, as well as being safe and compliant, truly fosters compassion and development.

There is an opportunity to work on various shift patterns involving Days , evening, night and weekend work.

To be interested in working with individuals with complex and unique needs
Prior involvement in collaborating with families and individuals in the realm of substance use or relevant domains
Aptitude for creative thinking and adaptability to accommodate the evolving requirements of the service
Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly with multiple agencies, while upholding the service's esteemed standing
Good working knowledge of adult protection and safeguarding, as the role entails working with vulnerable women in a residential environment
