Sessional Youth Worker

We are looking to recruit a number of dedicated individuals to work on our youth and community projects supporting young people in Bedfordshire to improve their confidence, skills and aspirations. Successful candidates will assist the Lead Project Officers in the delivery of sessions, either working in youth centres or out on detached work in Central Bedfordshire and Bedford.

Work will be based around both evening and holiday session delivery with the opportunity to help create fun and safe environments for young people in which to socialise, engage with others and develop new skills.

You'll have a desire to work with young people and make a difference, and be reliable and willing to learn. You may already have experience working with young people or in the community and be looking to develop this further, or you may be seeking your first step into a career in this area.
