Sewing Machinist

Reliable Recruit are looking to hire a Sewing Machinist for a temp to perm role at their manufacturing and distribution site in Trafford Park

The work will involve:

• Operating Flatbed or Overlocking Machines


• Trimming


• Upholstery work for Sofas


• Producing Cushions and other fabric products for indoor and outdoor furniture


• Attention to Detail and General Housekeeping
  
  Previous experience on Overlocking or Flatbed Sewing Machines


• Experience on Automatic/Walking Foot Machines


• Upholstery experience preferred


• Experience dealing with different fabrics and materials and preferably working on cushions and furniture, Flatbed/Overlocking Machine: 1 year (required)


• Sewing Machine: 1 year (required)


• Upholstery: 1 year (required)


• Automatic/Walking Floor Machine: 1 year (required)
  
  The working times and pay:


• Monday to Friday


• £11.44-12.50 p/h dependant on experience and training needed


• 40 hours per week


• Flexible shifts between 06:00 and 08:00 starts to suit candidates childcare/travelling


• 12 week temp to perm opportunity
