Full Job Description

Pinnacle Group are looking for a skilled Shared Ownership Coordinator to support the Shared Ownership Manager to provide an effective and efficient customer focused service to our shared ownership customers. The role will include service selivery to our clients relating to rent/service charge account management, resales and staircasing administration. You will be joining our Affordable Housing team. The Affordable Housing team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes. This is a fully remote role with the option to attend the office. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.,

  • General administration duties.
  • Listing shared ownership homes for on property portals.
  • Managing requests for staircasing & resales, progressing transactions and recording data
  • Assisting with general enquiries from shared owners.
  • Preparing LPE1 packs
  • Key requirements:
  • Experienced in leasehold enquiries & management.
  • Provide high levels of customer service.
  • Administration experience.
