Full Job Description

The Shared Services team responsibilities include the processing and paying of supplier invoices, generation of producer royalty statements, reimbursement of employee expenses, generation of customer invoicing, cash collection, debtor risk management, cash forecasting, reporting and third-party relationship management., Reporting to the Shared Services Manager this position focuses on all aspects of expenses, payables, receivables and royalties dealing with related systems, processes, controls, escalations, forecasting and reporting.

Working collaboratively and positively with all internal departments providing excellent service and support. Building successful working relationships and providing proactive business advice on all transactional functions.,

  • Provide operational support across the Shared Services team, focusing on supplier invoice management, purchase order matching, expense auditing, customer billing, customer cash recovery, customer cash allocations and ad-hoc producer royalty tasks.

  • Working with the Corporate Applications team and related stakeholders on transformational projects, defect fixes and enhancements providing testing and support.

  • Monitor and check all system interfaces to ensure records have been successfully transferred between systems.

  • Manage the reconciliation and clear down of staff cash advances relating to production activity.

  • Manage the end-to-end transactional process for Digital 3 & 4, ensuring all customer invoicing is issued promptly, customer billing is paid on time and supplier invoicing is processed and scheduled for payment.

  • Assist with the preparation and standardisation of Shared Services reports, month end reconciliations, KPI's and process documentation.

  • Timely reconciliation of bank accounts. Investigating unposted and unaccounted transactions.

  • Assist the Shared Services Manager with internal recharge reconciliations ensuring costs are posted to correct departments and coded accurately.

  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with internal and external customers and suppliers

  • Follow operational controls and procedures ensuring audit compliance.

  • Provide support and documentation for external and internal audit requests.

  • Ad-hoc and additional tasks as identified.

    Technical & Professional Skills

  • Good numerical ability.

  • Intermediate Excel skills.

  • Knowledge of Oracle and Basware preferred.

  • Accounting qualification preferred but not essential.

  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
