Full Job Description

Our Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental team ensure the company has the highest possible standards that are properly and effectively implemented across the business. The SHE Coordinator supports the team in helping all employees carry out SHE policies and procedure in a wholly consistent way. The SHE Coordinator is based at our Solihull office. Duties include:

  • Assisting with the compilation of SHEA Board Reports
  • The role of Lead Administrator and inputter for Airsweb, our digitized reporting system
  • The inputting of Waste and Energy data through SmartWaste
  • The role of Lead Administrator for Sypol, creating COSHH Assessments
  • Assisting with the production of Presentation material for the SHEA team
  • Assist with the production of Awards material, ie RoSPA, BSC, NHBC
  • Management of the Induction Database
  • Scheduling and reporting of Audits, Events, Inspections, Drug and Alcohol testing and Health & Wellbeing Events
  • Disseminate information to the various departments as instructed by the Head of SHEA
  • Collation of monthly reporting data

    Strong Excel skills
  • Experience of working in an administrative support role
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages and Outlook
  • Strong organisation skills and close attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong team player with a desire to learn and contribute
