SHE Manager

Contract: Permanent, Full Time - flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know What will you be responsible for? As a SHE Manager you'll be managing a small team of SHE Advisors who support several projects across the Severn Trent water framework. This is a varied and technical role where you will be involved in inspections, incident investigations, data reporting and trend analysis. Your day to day will include:

• Being the example to follow making sure the highest standards of health and safety are adhered to and the requirements of the integrated management system are implemented fully.
• Ensure your team is adequately resourced to deliver the projects effectively.
• Participate meaningfully in team, client, and subcontractor meetings, forums, and events.
• Perform regular site visits and inspections, assisting the teams in remaining compliant with client assurance visits.
• Work closely with the client to ensure assurance inspections meet the required standard.
  
  NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or equivalent qualification in health, safety, and environmental management and a Full UK Driving Licence.
• Professional membership of a relevant institution (e.g. IOSH, IIRSM, IEMA).
• Experience managing health and safety in the construction or other high-risk industry.
• Experience in managing a team of H&S professionals.
• Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 Standards.
