Full Job Description

Achieving Results:
To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
To supervise, manage and motivate the team
To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
Maintains a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example.
Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
Place order and manage stock levels and stock security.
Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for safety and security, to ensure the safety of all colleagues during each shift.
Maintains a clean and organised workspace so that resources and product can be located as needed.
Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
Follows health, safety and food safety guidelines for all products.
Maintains regular and punctual attendance

Helping Others Succeed:
Assists with training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching to colleagues as needed.
Contributes to positive team environment by recognising changes in colleagues' morale and performance and communicating them to the manager

We are looking for engaging, motivated and energetic shift leader to join our team. The job will be exciting yet challenging at times. Supervisory experienced is required with barista training along with a positive attitude and a love working in hospitality, easily connecting with our customers. Contracts are full-time, 35 hours per week, available to work flexible hours/days that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The post is open-ended.

Salary: £23,700 - £24,533 per annum (Grade 3)
