- Oversee the running of the recycling operation
- Ensure that the site is utilising resource effectively, monitoring headcount, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Promote and develop a health and safety culture on site in line with the company's policies
- Get involved with performance management, KPI monitoring and drive continuous improvement initiatives

This is a fast paced, busy operation handling all returned products and equipment from their stores. This is a full time, permanent position, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern of 06:00 to 18:00., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £30,999.96 per annum. and 22 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
