You'll lead by example, following our policies and procedures, and inspire your team members to create delicious food while guaranteeing customer satisfaction.   • interacting with patrons regularly and offering great customer service;
  • handling payments;
  • maintaining a high standard of food safety;
  • cost control (food, labour);
  • reliable stock management;
  • consistent high levels of attendance and punctuality; and
  • managing an effective and efficient team.

    a minimum of 1 years' experience of working within a fast-paced customer-lead QSR, restaurant or other area of the hospitality sector;
  • flexibility with your working hours as our stores are predominantly busy in the evenings and on weekends;
  • excellent people skills including the ability to give clear instructions;
  • good written and verbal communication;
  • high levels of problem-solving, initiative and self-motivation;
  • a willingness to learn and a drive to succeed;
  • passion for providing excellent customer service; and
  • the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Managerial experience is preferred yet not essential, we will support you to learn the skills and build the confidence you need to grow.
