Shipping Export

In this temporary role based at our site in Wales, UK, you will be in charge of administration documents, shipping orders, transport and logistic for UK customers from Felinfach. What you'll do:

• Manage all customer shipments with proper documentation for defined UK customers' portfolio
• Ensure that UK customer shipments are managed, to guarantee availability of products to meet customer deadlines
• Support the Warehouse Manager to guarantee accurate shipment is done in due time for UK customers
• Support the management with external transport companies
• Interact and work closely as a back-up with the other shipping representative in Felinfach
• Ensure procedures developed are completed and followed on a day-to-day activity
• Support on customs documentation and any specific declaration need (i.e: veterinarian documents for Dairy Products)
• Ensure archiving and recording of documentation for audit purpose
  
  MS office (particularly Excel) and ERP system
• Fluency in English; French would be advantageous
• Knowledge of internal operating processes including warehousing, inventory, transport, production, customer service and quality control
• Ideally a Bac +2/3 in international trade, logistics or similar or newly graduated
• You are a serious and organised person, who wants to deliver quality work
