Shop Assistant

The shop assistant will provide secure, effective, and efficient shop services within Derwentside IRC. The shop assistant will supply a service to residents and colleagues with a customer focused approach.,

• To provide a service to residents and colleagues with a customer focused approach.
• To ensure supply and demand is managed effectively.
• To ensure stock is maintained, recorded and monitored.
• To perform any other reasonable duties as instructed by the management team.
• To complete all training that is a mandatory requirement.
  
  Literacy and Numeracy Level 2
Technical:
• Excellent computer and typing skills inclusive of Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge & Skills:
• Stock rotation.
• Excellent Communication skills.
