Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer service., Manage and supervise daily operations of the shop
- Implement effective retail strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
- Run the shop on a daily base while performing repairs when required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Understand how smart gadgets work, and be capable of diagnosing and testing faults and repair, related academic background in radio or consumer electronics is preferable;
- Be proficient in operating computers to fix software or system issues, recover, downgrade and upgrade the OS, and unlock phones;
- Be capable of replacing and repairing phone parts such as LCD touchscreen, camera, earpiece, charging port, mic, etc. (Training is available)
- Be able to fix the basic problems with the motherboard, good soldering skills for chip and parts soldering. (Training is available)

Managing Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent leadership abilities to guide and support the team
- Proven track record in sales and ability to sell products effectively
- Mandarin speaking is advantageous
- Experience in retail management is preferred
- Skilful in team management and fostering a positive work environment
- Proficient in administrative tasks and computer systems
- Ability to supervise staff effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication,

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
