Manage stock sorting, pricing, and merchandising to create an inviting shopfloor. Drive donations, monitor costs, and achieve sales and Gift Aid targets. Build strong community connections, promoting sustainability and St Lukes mission. Oversee all aspects of shop operations, including health and safety, financial reporting, and shopfloor presentation.
