Shopper Marketing Executive

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development of best-in-class activation within customer environments though the development and activation of shopper media plans.

  • Manage smaller channels such as Convenience, Discounters and Ireland. Develop equipment solutions and bring shopper initiatives to life in these channels.

  • Manage temporary and permanent equipment for McCormick to empower Field Sales with a visibility and display toolkit to drive brand presence in store.

  • Work as part of, and when needed, lead key strategic projects, aiming to influence purchasing behaviour, drive in-store activation and theatre/standout for the McCormick brand portfolio.

  • Support members of team with PO and budget management, including regular budget tracking.

  • Actively participate and present in Sales/Marketing/internal and external forums, trade shows and sampling events, as and when required.

  • Actively engage in agency and supplier relationships to deliver projects OTIF and align closely with key account and retailer stakeholders.


  • CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Some exposure to FMCG or relevant Shopper Marketing experience.

  • Understanding of FMCG market, Shopper Marketing touchpoints.

  • Analytical and creative thinking.

  • Problem solving and ability to work in a cross-functional team.

  • Good communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, listening).

  • Influencing skills.

  • Quick learner - working with pace & agility.

  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

  • Continuous improvement and growth mindset.
