Bring your omnichannel retail marketingexpertise(e-Commerce & in-store) to create impactful global shopper experiences! Help grow love for the LEGO brand, boost sales, and attract new shoppers!,

  • Collaborate with regional trade marketing, LEGO agency, shopper marketing and design teams to develop omnichannel retail campaigns and assets that resonate with shoppers-both online and in-store.
  • Build data platforms to track campaign effectiveness and guide future campaigns!
  • Drive post-campaign analysis and share key findings to craft upcoming initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of retail trends-inside and outside the toy industry-to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Work with global partners to leadDigital Transformation initiatives in theshopper and retailmarketing space, equipping Business Units with the tools they need to succeed.
  • Play your part in our team succeeding The Shopper & Operational Excellence team is new, working in four key areas:
  • Shopper activation strategy & campaign development based on market maturity.
  • Digital transformation in Shopper Marketing-partnering with Digital Tech to build groundbreaking tools and platforms.
  • Turning insights into action through data-driven marketing approaches.
  • Analysingbusiness outcomes to learn from what worked (ordidn't!) and apply these lessons to future campaigns.
  • This team collaborates closely with both our Retail & Shopper Design teams and our Shopper execution teams in various Business Units.

  • Proven experience in retail marketing (consumer tech,fashion/ apparel,beauty, FMCG sectors preferred).
  • EitherDigital marketing/e-Commerceorin-store retail marketing experience.
  • Shopper-centric witha track recordof turning insights into action.
  • Phenomenal teammate with strong interpersonal skills!
  • Experience with A/B testing and shopper journeyoptimisationtools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills-able to influence and collaborate with global teams and agency partners.
  • Experience with how Digital tech & tools can be integrated in the Retail Marketing space will be a big advantage
  • Driven and results-focused, with a talent for solving problems and balancing multiple projects.
