Showroom Advisor - Ponsford, Sheffield

Neville Johnson, part of the BHID Group, includes two brands for bespoke British fitted furniture and renovated staircases designed, crafted, and guaranteed to be made from the finest materials., We are seeking to recruit a Showroom Advisor to work on an occasional basis (zero hours), who will be responsible (along with the Showroom Manager) for the day to day running of our Neville Johnson showroom within Ponsford Furniture Store in Sheffield, ensuring our discerning clients receive the highest level of customer service.,

• To ensure that all prospective clients are greeted in a friendly and professional manner, that they receive a good showroom product demonstration and that their enquiries are properly qualified before their details are passed on to a Designer;
• To ensure the showroom is kept clean and tidy, which includes ensuring that all displays are in excellent condition, as well as samples being present and in good order;
• General administration tasks, including updating showroom footfall and recording client information., Wellbeing centre exercise videos, mindfulness tools, nutritional and financial advice.

  Neville Johnson have established an exceptional reputation, where attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to none., To join us, it's crucial that you're an articulate and flexible individual, and experience in a similar luxury retail or showroom environment would be advantageous., Articulate, diligent and flexible individual;
• Experience of dealing with discerning clients;
• Target driven retail experience, ideally from within a luxury retail or showroom environment;
• Strong organisational skills;
• Impeccable personal appearance;
• Personable, friendly and confident with a can do attitude;
• IT literate with experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
