Full Job Description

The Digital Samples team is responsible for the scheduling of all product imagery for

Burberry.com across Men's, Women's Children's and Accessories product divisions.

Working closely with the Digital Sample Assistants and Coordinators, your role will

involve maintaining the digital range plan, updating our Content Management system

(Flo) analysing content figures, identifying priorities, and driving key business

initiatives. The role requires attention to detail when placing seasonal Production

orders and tracking with the Sourcing team to ensure delivery times are met.

Reporting into the Digital Samples Assistant Manager the role plays a key part in

ensuring all product is prioritised per floorset and constantly driving KPIs of 90%,

  • Main point of contact within Digital Samples for all inbound product and responsible

  • Working with Digital Merchandising to understand priorities and maintain an updated

  • Partnering with sample assistants and coordinators in shooting content for key


  • business initiatives, such as Runway, beauty, outlet, capsule collections; ensuring maximum content readiness

  • Support and report on floor set content deadlines and impact on seasonal readiness


  • Daily stock check to support capturing in stock and not online by pulling in all available SAPs


  • Complete auditing for all digital samples including any problematics to manage stock


  • Driving development of content management tool from an operation perspective


  • Goods receipting of all deliveries for Digital Samples


  • Managing global TOP and HUB stock orders for digital and 3P accounts


  • Managing the returns process and liaising with vendors and hubs once product is shot


  • Raising vendor sample orders and sample transfers on SAP. Partnering with sourcing, updating delivery information, anticipating delivery delays and highlighting to relevant parties


  • Raising resampling orders and updating costs so the Assistant Manager can track budget


  • Updating content management tool (Flo) daily with sample information/delivery dates


  • Working with coordinators to ensure top arrives ahead of deadline by working with the critical path


  • Being digital POC for DM content report in stock with no content ready

    Highly analytical with an acute attention to detail


  • Excellent / advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel


  • Ability to pick up system processes and sample requirements within Digital teams


  • Good problem solving ability


  • Self-driven and uses own initiative


  • Strong interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships


  • Previous digital experience preferred


  • SAP knowledge is desired, but not essential


  • Flexibility required to work in office and home
